Great customer service! Great salespeople, Knowledgeable! Not pushy! Great technicians! My AC went out and I contacted Bayonet and they quickly came out, inspected the unit and provided recommendations. They told me to think about what I wanted and to let them know what I decided. They came out installed the new unit. The technician left the place clean. They even helped me to schedule the inspection with the county. This company is very good!!!

From the moment we called Bayonet Plumbing - Cooling - Heating the service was beyond are expectation. They kept us informed until the technician arrived and even after the work was completed. It has truly been a pleasure to work with such a professional company like Bayonet. The technician, Myles Welsch who completed the job was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. Myles was on time and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He showed us how our issue happened and fixed everything above our expectation. He was very informative and cleaned everything up when he was finished. If we ever need a plumber in the future I would recommend Bayonet services and ask for Myles who is the Plumbing Service Technician, he really gave exceptional service from start to finish.
